Similarly, should a GBA member wish to become an Umpire or a qualified Marker they should also contact Martin Johnson.

The County runs a number of England Bowls Umpires’ Association (EBUA) courses in Gloucestershire for players wishing to become qualified markers and umpires. Details of these are circulated all Club Secretaries. Courses are generally held in Bristol and Cotswold and last for a full day.
